1. Acceptance

By accessing forgeframeworks.ca (the "Site") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Company

The Site is operated by Forge Frameworks Inc. ("Forge Frameworks", "we", "us"), a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada with a registered office in Beaumont, Alberta.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.

4. Products & Waitlists

Forge Frameworks' software products (including, without limitation, FieldForge, SiteForge, TrainingForge, InventoryForge, Forge Hub, BudgetForge, and Cookies Privacy Manager) are governed by their own separate terms where applicable. Joining a product waitlist does not create any obligation to make those products available to you.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Forge Frameworks Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. The "Forge" family of product names and the associated marks are trademarks of Forge Frameworks Inc.

6. No Warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge Frameworks disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge Frameworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
