TrainingForge: One LMS, Three Revenue Streams
A training platform that serves product onboarding, staff training, and client training — and why that is a feature, not a focus problem.
TrainingForge is deliberately three products wearing one coat:
- Internal — help documentation and onboarding for every Forge product.
- B2B staff training — SMBs train their own teams.
- B2B client training — SMBs deliver training to their own customers.
The usual objection is that this is unfocused. The answer is that the content engine, the authoring tools, and the delivery mechanics are the same across all three. What differs is who the learner is and who pays.
One platform. One codebase. Three revenue streams that do not cannibalise each other.
