SiteForge: One Platform, Many Franchisee Sites

How SiteForge splits responsibility between corporate brand control and franchisee-level local content — and why the billing follows the structure.

Franchise web is a structurally awkward problem. Corporate wants brand consistency across every location. Each franchisee wants to post local hours, a promotion, a community sponsorship — without filing a ticket.

SiteForge splits that clearly:

  • Corporate owns the design system, the component library, the global navigation, the legal footer.
  • Franchisees own the content inside those components — local blog posts, contact info, hours, photos.
  • Hosting is managed by us. Franchisees point DNS; we handle the rest.

Billing follows the structure: a corporate master fee, plus a per-location fee. Add a location, the bill reflects it. Close one, likewise.
